1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Aysaar Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the BuildApk website (https://buildapk.aysaarsolutions.com) as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

BuildApk is a web-based service that converts websites into Android APK (Android Package) files. The Service allows users to:

• Convert HTTPS websites into Android applications
• Generate APK files for personal and commercial use
• Download generated APK files
• Access build history and management tools

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To convert websites that you do not own or have permission to convert
• To create APKs that violate Google Play Store policies or other app store guidelines

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aysaar Solutions and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any websites or content that you convert using our Service. However, you grant us a limited license to access and process your website content solely for the purpose of providing the APK conversion service.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

BuildApk offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers with at least 30 days notice.

7. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content of websites you convert using our Service. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to convert the website content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content complies with applicable laws and regulations
• The resulting APK will not be used for illegal purposes

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or functionality of generated APK files.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AYSAAR SOLUTIONS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aysaar Solutions and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Aysaar Solutions is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
